Response: This really upsets me that you would say this when its simply not true. Your first message to me was on September 15, which I responded, then September 26 again I responded, sent a second envelop out. On Sept 27 we both wrote back you were going to wait anything week, We spoke again on October 27 which your response was don't worry about it. Well that did not sit well with me because I believe someone should get what they are promised so I sent again for the third time. I understand why the rating because you never received the items, but to say I never responded is not true at all. Take Care.

Comment: I'm not sure about what you mean by "community for the elderly" ? Is it like a club for seniors to have funny activities and social interactions at ? If so, it is not really what I enjoy the most as I love working with people who have neurodegenerative diseases / geronto-psychiatric problems. Sure, we do have some funny activities in the nursing home I'm working, but they live here, it's their "last home", their family comes to visit them, we see them from morning to night and accompany them in every aspect of their day, good and bad. I love this in my job.
Anyway, no I wouldn't want to "run" anything at all, no matter what kind of structure it could be, because I love just being with the persons I'm taking care of and I guess I would have to manage/organize uninteresting things lol.
I'd love to penpal but I'm super bad at it and it takes me forever to answer ! It could be super interesting tho !

Response: I run an assisted living community for the elderly. This means they live in their apartment's/studio and i ensure we are staying within states guidelines providing care to them.

You're the second person recently to make the correct assumption that since I'm in Canada, I am cold. However, it seems to be unseasonably warm, unlike last winter which was much colder than usual. I'd say that today is a warm winter day and it's 18°F (1°F with the wind chill). I spend the entire winter looking forward to our short summer. Happy New Year!

Comment: I picked up my mail in the pouring rain and wouldn't you know it, I dropped your letter in the rushing stormwater at the side of the road. But I grabbed it before it went too far and it dried out nicely. I could just read your note! Everything else unharmed. Thanks for the extras - such a nice assortment of paper goodies. I loved the collection: (1) The "Pantone" PC was of sturdy card stock; (2) The Jefferson Memorial; (3) the Minnesota landscape; (4) the frog; and (5) the dog! What an awesome collection. During my tenure as a Tour Guide in Washington, DC, I visited The Jefferson Muffin (as it was nicknamed) at least 100 times. It was my absolute favorite monument to visit! My groups would walk along the Tidal Basin from the Franklin Memorial. So incredibly lovely! The frog stole my heart, and your dog PC is the first dog in my collection. Funny! I tend to get my postcards from amazon or swaps, I really need to start picking them up when I travel. Small trip for me this year to Texas...be my first time in the state. What calendar is this from(the envelope) geodes? or something like that. So pretty.

Comment: I would be the dragon, I fear teaching a dragon not to set fire to my home would make me nuts! Though I have no idea why the idea of dragon riding never came into my head for the plus side of owning a dragon!. Though, I am a dragon so I can just fly myself....hmmm choices!

It was too cold down there and he died. He was a big white rabbit that I found wondering the hall at our last residence after someone moved out.

If you have Hoopla from your library, it's available there. :) Book is better, though, right?
