Free Theme Halloween ATC

I know there are a million Halloween ATC swaps out there!! But some are different or call for a certain theme. This one I leave up to the Sender on what you want to put on your ATC...although it must stay around in the halloween theme. You can hand-draw, collage, paint, etc your atc. I want this done nice and neat, no sloppy/stickers on cardstock type atcs. Before you send your ATC, think to yourself....would I like to receive this?!

You'll have two partners and you'll send 1 Halloween ATC to each partner (2 cards in all).

Requirements:

• Must have a 4.9 rating or higher to join
• Must be rated on 5 or more mailed swaps (email swaps do not count)
• No no sends in the past 4 months
• Must make quality ATCs...there are a ton of atc swaps out there for newbies to ATCs, this one is not one
• I will ban if I see fit, if I feel you cannot complete the swap in any way.
